This is my first post for Divassence and am so very happy about it. A month back, I did not even know Deepika but now we are thick friends, thanks to the blogosphere.
I am here to review my current favourite from The Body Shop ( Yes I am a TBS addict) which is the Rainforest Moisture Shampoo. This is meant for dry hair and I am blessed with very dry and frizzy hair. I have been using this for the past 4 months and have also repurchased it. Read on to know why.
About the product:
Gently cleanses to help restore moisture and improve the hair’s softness without weighing it down, for a smooth and shiny finish.
No silicones, no sulphates, no parabens and no colourants
Suitable for : dry and damaged hair.
Price: The travel size bottle costs Rs.310 for 60ml. The bigger bottle of 250ml costs Rs.515
Packaging: It comes in a tall plastic bottle with a flip cap.
1.No harsh chemicals
I do not find any cons. My treated hair is currently loving this fresh treatment and I would continue to purchase until I find a better one. I especially like this because of the no chemicals claim.
It lathers very well. It has an amazing fresh fragrance. It does not dry out the hair and can be used everyday as it is very mild yet cleans the scalp effectively. I skip the conditioner many times yet my hair feels soft, thanks to the shampoo .I can actually feel that Iam not using any chemicals on my hair and it feels fresh and fragrant. It is always better to stock the large sized ones during the sale. I also keep the travel sized bottle for short trips.
Hope you liked reading my review. I will be back with another interesting one for you all soon.
Till then take care
Ed’s Note: Preetha is a beauty blogger and her lovely blog Indian Beauty Journal is a reflection on her passion for makeup. And I bought the TBS Kabuki Brush on her recco and I’m loving it! Welcome to Divassence! Pree! :X
