This was precisely what I thought when I saw that the new SUGAR Cosmetics lipstick was a part of the March Fab Bag. That’s it. I was sold.
‘The More Power to You’ March Fab Bag has two full size products and three samples.
The SUGAR Cosmetics lipstick retails at 599 INR and so does Fab Bag. Fab Bag does contain a few other samples too so my decision to get this month’s Fab bag was completely justified. Honestly, I wasn’t bothered about what the other samples could be but when I received the bag, I was pleasantly surprised.
Let’s take a quick look at the contents of this month’s bag.
SUGAR Cosmetics It’s A Pout Time Vivid Lipstick in 01 The Big Bang Berry
Full size: 599 INR
Okay, first of all I love the names of the lipsticks in this collection which happen to be a play on famous TV shows. The second thing I love is the packaging. The matte black lipstick case and the outer cover are classy! Last but not the least this particular color is a deep berry. Need I say more? I’m yet to swatch it though. I don’t know if it is just me or do any other beauty blogger wait to take good pictures of the product before swatching it?
Nykaa Pastel Nail Enamel in No. 42 Strawberries n Cream
Full size: 149 INR for 10 ml; In the bag: Sample size of 5 ml
Nykaa’s nailpolish range has various pop, pastel and shimmer shades and this particular color Strawberries n Cream screams spring and summer! It is a vibrant peachy coral.
I actually don’t mind that the nailpolish isn’t full size. Let’s be honest, how many of us finish up an entire bottle of nail polish?
Wella Elements Renewing Shampoo & Wella Elements Renewing Mask
Full size: Renewing Shampoo: 975 INR for 250 ml; Renewing Mask: 1075 INR for 150 ml; In the bag: 30 ml of each
Surprisingly, the sample size of both of these turned out to be decent. I can use the products enough number of times to make a decision of whether I need any of these in my life. This range of hair care products do not have parabens or sulfates and are enriched with natural tree (?) extracts. Wella claims that this is nature’s way of giving you 10x strength against breakage.
Votre Face Serum
Full size: 1670 INR for 12 ml
This again, like the lipstick is a full size product. The face serum claims to brighten the complexion and reduce fine lines. I’m definitely excited to try this one.
Final Word: The March Fab Bag is complete VFM. If you take the combined value of the two full-sized products in the bag, it amounts to 2269 INR and the monthly subscription cost of the bag is 599 INR. Treat yourself to a Fab Bag this month and rest assured you would love it as much as I did!
