When I spotted this in H&G, I didn’t want to pick this up as I didn’t need a scrub or face wash or face pack but then, who can resist words like “refined skin appearance” or “perfect complexion”? So naturally it ended up in my cart 😛

For me Parachute is synonymous with coconut oil. And I’m not the only one. Infact even in a tamil movie, there was a dialogue which was a play on the word Parachute (a dialogue between an airhostess who assures the passenger that a parachute would be given to them in case of an emergency and the passenger showing his concern about what he would do with a coconut oil during emergency! :P) . So down south, coconut oil is always associated with Parachute and that’s what it is famous for. When I came to know about the Parachute Advansed Lotion, I had to give it a try to see if it would break my stereotypical image of Parachute.

The first time I heard the adjective “sun-kissed” I was so curious as to what it meant. Really, if the sun kisses your face like even as a light as a feather’s touch, you would be scorched!! So why sun-kissed?? Well, least to say the term brought out the sarcastic, not so nice side of me and I used to laugh whenever I read the term anywhere! But.. (Of course ever story has a but!!) there was one product that led me to appreciate the term “sun-kissed” and made me fall in love with what it actually meant! (Note: never take any adjective in a literal sense!!) Meet Goddess, a liquid illuminator that taught me that being sun-kissed isn’t as bad at it sounds at all! Oh and here is the actual meaning of this adjective: a place that receives a lot of sun, or a person whose appearance is attractive because they have recently been in the sun. Hmmm… Attractive, Goddess, Sun-kissed.. Seems like a win-win situation here!
