One of the famous drugstore brands abroad, Covergirl is famous for its blushers . Cheekers as it is known, come in a wide range of colors which I would say suit the Indian skintones well and the one which I’m reviewing today, Plumberry Glow is a good example of this.

Perfect for fall and winter, this plum blush lends a warm glow to the cheeks! It is a subtle berry kind of shade which does look a little frosty when swatched and has gold shimmer. Initially when I looked at it I thought it wasn’t for me but when applied on the cheeks it gives such a beautiful glow that it seemed so perfect!

What I Wore on Diwali!

I don’t know if this is something to do with me..It is just weird. Whenever I see or have too much of something I totally detest it and never bother to indulge in it.. like ermmm.. sweets!! but when there are no sweets in the house thats when I crave for them! Weird right?? Its the same with clothes! This Diwali, all the bling around me made me sick. Whichever shop I entered i used to walk out in 5 minutes because all the gawdy looking clothes made me puke literally!! Finally against my mom’s wishes and much to my joy it was Fab India where I finally picked my clothes. Mom hates Fab India clothes because they tend to fade easily. I love them!!

Swatch Attack!: 8 Inglot Lipstick Refills

Neelam Cyclone came, destroyed and went. The erratic power cuts, the shoosh-ing of the winds really put me off and I decided to cheer myself up with some color! Took out all my Inglot lipstick refills and started clicking pictures! 😀 But on a more serious note there has been destruction on a massive scale in Tamilnadu so please pray for those who have been affected by the storm.

Inglot lipsticks refills are priced at 250 INR for 1.2g which is pretty inexpensive. The 3 pan non-magnetic palette costs 300 odd and 5 pan palette (non-magnetic) costs 350 INR. So what I’m trying to say here is it makes more sense to invest in a 5 pan palette than a 3 pan one 😛
