P(r)each Me Pastels : Fun summery eyemakeup tutorial

By Upasana (Entry #14)

Hi all 🙂

Today I will be doing a very nice summery eyemakeup using some matte pastel shades. The colors I chose for this look are pink-coral, bright hot pink, magenta and purple

So lets start the tutorial 🙂

I started by priming my lids using  a tiny dot of concealer, and blended it well upto the brow bone

After that I placed some matte pale pink eyeshadow (which looks more corally on my lids) in the very inner corner of my eye

Then I placed a pink eye shadow on the rest of the lid

Then I took a flat angled brush, and using a magenta eyeshadow, I made an outer V

To add a gradient I blended some matte purple eyeshadow just above the magenta eyeshadow, I also made a very thin wing using a matte black eyeshadow, filled in waterline with a white eye pencil and finished up with mascara

This look is more about right color placement and blending in properly, and if done nicely you’re good to go for a beach party 😀

Products used :-

  • Sleek Acid and Oh So Special Palettes(all eyeshadows are marked and swatched)
  • Lashem Double Trouble Mascara
  • Maybelline Colossal Kajal

Hope you liked the look, please share in your thoughts in the comments section below 🙂

Godbless ! :-*
