First of all sorry about the lack of posts on the blog. I’ve been so busy with work and it is kind of taking a toll on me. Anyway getting back to the giveaways that just got over, the response for both the giveaways were fabulous and thank you all for that 🙂

Swatch Attack!: 8 Inglot Lipstick Refills
Neelam Cyclone came, destroyed and went. The erratic power cuts, the shoosh-ing of the winds really put me off and I decided to cheer myself up with some color! Took out all my Inglot lipstick refills and started clicking pictures! 😀 But on a more serious note there has been destruction on a massive scale in Tamilnadu so please pray for those who have been affected by the storm.
Inglot lipsticks refills are priced at 250 INR for 1.2g which is pretty inexpensive. The 3 pan non-magnetic palette costs 300 odd and 5 pan palette (non-magnetic) costs 350 INR. So what I’m trying to say here is it makes more sense to invest in a 5 pan palette than a 3 pan one 😛
Avon ExtraLasting Kajal & 2-in-1 Smudger: Review
By Rekha (Entry #5)
Â
I am an eyeliner person 😀 I love lining my eyes with colors… During my early school days my granny used to prepare Kajal at home and I used to wear a thin line of it daily to school.Â
Kohl or Kajal is supposed to have medicinal properties because of the wonderful ingredients it’s made of and it is believed that it would protect the eyes from harmful sunrays (SPF??) also in down south it is predominantly used on small kids to protect them from evil eyes!!Â
Since Kajal was part of my life, when Avon introduced this as part of their ExtraLasting series I had to get it 😀

Swatch Attack!: Amuse Colorful Eyeshadow Palette in Let’s Party
Amuse isn’t an unknown brand to those of you who shop from CherryCulture. It has the most affordable yet well pigmented makeup products I’ve ever come across. Although I tried getting my hands on more Amuse stuff,  whatever I picked were OOS which shows they are pretty popular and now I know why!! 😀
