Colorbar Nail Polish Exclusive 44: Review & NOTD

Hello Beauties,

This is my first review on Divassence and I’m sooo excited to be writing for this fabulous blog. 🙂

This will be my first time reviewing a Nail Polish & its only befitting that I start with my all time favourite NP.I think you all wont be surprised to know that its a Colorbar NP(I’m a Colorbar Addict :P). It is Colorbar Nail Laquer :Exclusive 44

Price :Rs 150-175 for 9 ml
Use Before 2 yrs of manufacturing

Shade
‘Exclusive 44’ is a bright vibrant pink shade which is very ‘in’ this season. It has slight peach tones. It can be worn with just about any look,be it neutrals or bright cheery outfits.

Packaging
It comes in a sturdy glass bottle with a silver handle. It’s a basic packaging but what I do like is the fact that the silver film on the handle doesn’t chip( as it did with the older Colorbar Nps) when I apply NP remover to remove the NP I accidentally apply on it. Yeah Im very messy.
This NP is always in my handbag & it hasn’t broken yet so you don’t have to think twice before you travel with it.

‘Exclusive 44’ instantly brightens up my hands & feet and also suits tanned hands well (experiments conducted on my sister :D). The best part about this Np is that it easily lasts for 5 days days without chipping when applied with a top coat!! This is the only NP in my kitty which lasts me a whole week with minimal chipping. For the review I did apply the NP without a top coat & it lasted almost 3 days without chipping which is pretty darn good.

single coat

It dries within a couple of minutes which is another plus point.I do not apply a base coat before applying branded nail paints and this one hasn’t stained or made my nails yellow either. ’Exclusive 44’ has an even application & does not get patchy.I get an opaque shade with just a single coat(as you can see in the pic) which hold true for most of the shades in this collection.

I would’ve felt the price was a bit on the higher side but with Lakme offering the ‘Fast & Fabulous ‘ range at 200 bucks, I’m not complaining anymore!

PROs
1)Does not chip for almost 3-4 days without a top coat
2)Gives an even application
3)Opaque shade in a single coat
4)Does not stain my nails
5)’Exclusive 44’ is an absolutely gorgeous shade which brightens up the hands as well as feet
6)The bottle is sturdy and travel friendly

CONs
1)The price is a bit on the higher side for those looking for a budget friendly Nail Polish

2 coats + top coat

I wont recommend this NP if you’re looking for a budget friendly buy as Colorama Nps will fit the bill but if you are looking for a high quality NP that gives you prefect nails that will last you a whole week then definitely give this vibrant shade a try!! You wont regret it <3
